Making A Purchase
Browse our Catalogue, click on any item/s you wish to buy and add them to the shopping trolley. Once you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the few details we need to despatch.

We accept payment by credit or debit card, bacs, cheque or postal order. If you are shopping from abroad your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Switch, Amex & Visa Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or safely over the internet as all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and are only decrypted by Barclays Merchant Services to capture the payment. They are not held in clear text on any web site. These measures ensure your credit card details are completely safe.

Should you wish to pay by bacs please contact us for our bank details. Please be aware that goods will not be shipped until payment is cleared.

Shipping And Handling All UK orders will be shipped free of charge. Please contact us for carriage on overseas delivery.

Delivery Your goods will be despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed subject to availability. Delivery will be within 24 – 72 hours again subject to availability. Should you require a guaranteed delivery service this will be charged at cost.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will advise you and give you the option for it to be placed on back order or to be cancelled. Delivery will not be charged on back orders if the original order was for £50 plus.
VAT All prices displayed include 17.5% VAT except for safety wear and childrens clothing both of which are zero rated.

Guarantee If you are atall dissatisfied with any item in your order return the item/s unused with their original packaging within 7 days and you will be refunded in full. We would appreciate your reason for return to assist us in continually improving our service. Refunds will be made in the same format as the payment received.
